We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our database system on 2023-03-02 from approximately 21:00 to 23:00 UTC.
During the maintenance, you may experience slower than usual performance when accessing My Clearhaus and Merchant API, and some requests to the latter may fail for a short period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Additionally, please be aware that transaction data will be delayed in both My Clearhaus and Merchant API during this maintenance window. We anticipate that the maintenance will last for approximately 2 hours, and we will do our best to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This does not affect our ability to process transactions nor to settle merchants.
