Incident Report for Clearhaus

Resolved

A change (which was successfully tested in other environments) caused the gateway to not accept incoming connections. The service was unavailable from 10:09:07 UTC till 10:11:50 UTC. All transactions to gateway.clearhaus.com failed during this time span.
We are investigating why this happened and will take actions to ensure the same problem does not arise again.
